Orlaya grandiflora

Known as the White Lace Flower, this floriferous, long flowering, hardy annual is worth a place in any garden. Its pure white flowers in flattish umbels are similar to lace cap hydrangeas and are held upright above the delicate fern like foliage. They are most attractive to pollinating insects and make a perfect cut flowers for wedding bouquets. Grow in a cottage garden, sunny border or wildflower meadow, where it will bloom from June – October.
Plant in any well drained soil, in full sun. Deadhead, to encourage flowering until the first frosts. Up to 1m H x 50cm S. H7.
