Physalis peruviana – Pineapple

Grow your own delicious pineapple physalis.  Yellow flowers in summer are followed by decorative fruits which hang like little lanterns in paper husks.

Packed with vitamin c they store for weeks in the fridge if kept in their outer husk.

Ideal for a sunny location or in the greenhouse in well drained soil.
