Papaver orientale ‘Coral Reef’

A stunning Oriental Poppy with huge salmon pink, tissue paper thin petals and black splotches at the centre, followed by large decorative seed heads held on strong upright stems. The undersides of the petals have intriguing markings, giving the effect of long false eyelashes.

Flowers from May until July. Deadhead for a second flush of blooms. A tough perennial which forms a larger, more impressive clump each year.  Perfect in the middle of a border.

Grow in full sun in any well drained soil. Fully hardy.
